October 9 is the National Costume Swap Day!!
From GreenHalloween.org, comes this wonderful idea of swapping your gently used costume you don’t need any more with others! Swap events organized by your local organizers, and there are more than 100 events through out the country, and there are 3 public events in Indiana!
